All of our products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each item is created specifically for you after purchase, production and shipping times may vary.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after production:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. BHAY Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at bhayapparel@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
